1. Introduction

Welcome to Arrive ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, API, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arrive is a passive tracking utility that allows users to log timestamps and location tags via API requests (typically triggered by iOS Shortcuts or similar automation tools). We provide a visual dashboard to view this history.

You understand that Arrive is a tool for personal data logging and is not intended for:

• Critical safety or emergency services.
• Employee surveillance or tracking individuals without their consent.
• Evidence in legal disputes.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Arrive utilizes a "magic link" and token-based system for authentication. We do not use passwords.

• Link Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique dashboard URL and API tokens. Anyone with access to your link can view your check-in history.
• Loss of Access: If you lose your dashboard link and did not provide a recovery email address during setup, we cannot recover your account or data.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload data that is illegal, threatening, or abusive.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Automate requests at a frequency that degrades the Service for others (e.g., check-ins every second). We reserve the right to rate-limit or ban abusive IP addresses or tokens.

5. Data and Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Arrive, you acknowledge that:

• We store the data you send us (Tags, Timestamps, and optional Notes/Coordinates).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You retain full ownership of your data and may request deletion at any time by contacting support.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arrive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
